Specialized experience is defined as expertise in administering and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform across its core services-Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses; configuring and maintaining collaboration tools; and ensuring secure, compliant access to cloud-based resources. Availability tracking, PowerApp-based reporting, and integration of collaboration services into enterprise-wide communication strategies.
