Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the business operations. This includes preparing correspondence, maintaining records, and establishing files. The role involves creating various forms of communication to meet business needs and assisting with routine administrative work.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, fielding calls, maintaining and establishing files, and maintaining records.

Prepare letters, memos, documents, forms, presentation reports, telephone listings, directories, and other forms of communication.

Relieve assigned personnel of as much routine administrative work as possible.

Communicate effectively with relevant personnel via oral, written, and visual media using necessary equipment.

Create presentations, generate reports, and perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

Research and summarize information with supporting data in preparation for meetings.

Assist with general tasks including fleet management, procurement, and badging.

Manage office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.

Schedule meetings and support presenters, including ordering and picking up meals.

2 years of office admin background

Strong communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Oil and gas industry background is a plus

Previous experience in an office setting

Valid driver's license

Work Environment

The position is onsite at McPherson Field Site. The work environment involves working with office equipment and requires adherence to office protocols. The role may involve coordinating with various departments and managing office supplies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mcpherson, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
