Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires someone with strong organizational skills to support daily office operations and assist team members efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and deliver reliable administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Coordinate office activities, including ordering supplies, arranging lunches, and scheduling meetings.

Provide administrative assistance to CPAs by preparing and organizing necessary documents.

Answer and manage inbound calls, channeling inquiries appropriately.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates to office systems.

Oversee reception duties, including managing incoming mail and packages.

Assist in maintaining an efficient workflow by proactively addressing administrative needs.

Ensure the office remains fully operational by coordinating with vendors and service providers. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with long-term tenure in previous positions.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various office tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Proficiency in office software and tools, including data entry systems.

Ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Reliable and self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
