Koniag Data Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Dashboard / Reporting Analyst to support our Program Management Office (PMO) in accelerating the adoption of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions for various Air Force applications. This role is critical for translating complex ICAM implementation data into meaningful visualizations and reports that drive decision-making and demonstrate progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong data analysis skills with visualization expertise to create compelling dashboards that effectively communicate program status, metrics, and trends. This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The Dashboard / Reporting Analyst will work within our PMO team to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions that track and showcase ICAM implementation progress across Air Force applications. The position involves direct engagement with PMO leadership, technical teams, and senior DoD government officials to ensure accurate representation of implementation status and metrics. Principal responsibilities include:
Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports to track ICAM implementation progress, challenges, and successes across multiple Air Force applications
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide meaningful metrics on ICAM adoption and effectiveness
Create visualizations that effectively communicate complex implementation status to diverse audiences, including senior DoD officials
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately reflect ICAM implementation progress
Collaborate with PMO team members to understand data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
Present data-driven insights to help identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the ICAM implementation process
Maintain and update dashboards on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy and relevance
Work closely with application owners and matrix teams to gather implementation data and metrics
Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline data collection and presentation
Create executive-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate implementation status and outcomes
Support data-driven decision making by providing accurate and timely reporting of ICAM implementation metrics
Document data sources, calculations, and methodologies used in dashboard and report creation
Education and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting
Demonstrated experience creating executive-level dashboards and visualizations
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience working with federal government projects, preferably within Department of Defense
Required Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of ICAM principles, technologies, and implementation metrics
Experience with SQL or other database query languages
Familiarity with Air Force IT systems and applications
Understanding of cybersecurity metrics and reporting
Experience working with project management tools and methodologies
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices
Experience with automated reporting and dashboard solutions
Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting
Understanding of DoD reporting requirements and formats
Experience creating data visualizations for senior military and civilian leadership
Experience with SharePoint or other collaboration platforms for report distribution
Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations in government environments
