As an Admissions Supervisor , you'll be at the front line of delivering unforgettable guest experiences! ?? You'll lead a high-energy team, ensure smooth daily operations, and bring our customer service strategy to life. Qualifications & Experience

?? Key Responsibilities

?? Lead Guest Experience Excellence Collaborate with leadership to implement action plans that deliver world-class guest care across the attraction.

??? Operational Oversight Ensure top-tier standards in service, safety, and presentation across all front-line admission areas.

?? Team Leadership Train, coach, and support the Admissions Team to ensure all staff are motivated, engaged, and set up for success.

?? Customer Service Strategy Drive the Elevate the Guest Experience initiative and ensure service excellence is embedded in team culture.

?? Support Business Goals Understand the connection between guest experience, revenue, and KPIs (Volume, Revenue, EBITDA) - and help the team hit targets!

?? Sales & Secondary Spend Focus Encourage upselling and maximize guest spending opportunities while maintaining service integrity.

?? Recruit & Develop Talent Interview, hire, and onboard new team members who embody our values and passion for guest service.

?? Incentivize & Engage Collaborate with leadership to build staff incentive programs that boost morale and drive results.

?? Duty Management Support Train to operate across all attraction areas and serve as a Duty Manager when required.

?? Problem Solving & Accountability Investigate discrepancies in admissions registers and ensure adherence to cash-handling protocols.

?? Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with other teams to drive overall attraction performance.

?? Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred ??

2+ years of supervisory experience in admissions, attractions, retail, or hospitality

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Sales savvy and experience with computerized till systems ??

Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities efficiently

You'll be responsible for:

Enforcing health, safety, and security policies ??

Conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments

Reporting incidents promptly and participating in investigations

?? Working Conditions & Requirements

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the attraction for extended periods

Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs

May be exposed to varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, lighting) ??????
