Account Coordinator - Remote

A National Insurance Provider is looking to hire Fully Remote Account Coordinators (Junior Account Managers) to support their current Account Managers responsible for end to end of onboarding new clients! The team is looking for candidates with experience supporting accounts, supporting sales teams, or administrative support experience. These have the potential to turn into long term opportunities!

Looking for additional help (junior Account Manager) supporting the account managers who are responsible for end to end of onboarding new clients. We are going into their peak season.

Managing everything once it has been sold. They have a team of 30 account managers and this role is supporting a few of them. Will be tied to a couple of Account Managers.

This person will be paired up with an Account Manager and will be working on multiple projects, joining calls, taking notes, etc.

Diving into a lot of Excel work. VLOOKUP, Pivots, working through data.

Need to be able to get on the phone (not a lot of the job, but need to be comfortable talking to others). Be able to ask questions and speak up when they need help.

Will be using Salesforce

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or a similar client-facing role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Experience with project/timeline management and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, multi-tasking effectively, staying focused, and paying attention to details within strict and conflicting deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and project management tools.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.

1-2 year of experience working in a professional role. Strong internship is fine, but prefer a professional job.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
