Are you a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable professional looking to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and growing environment? Our organization is experiencing significant growth, resulting in an increase in AP volume, and we're implementing Sage Intacct to streamline our processes. We're searching for an AP Specialist with strong analytical skills, proven AP experience, and expertise in Sage Intacct to join our growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle AP process, including reviewing, coding, and processing invoices with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Handle an increased AP volume driven by company growth, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper approval workflows are followed and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Utilize Sage Intacct to automate and optimize AP workflows, ensuring the system is effectively leveraged to meet business needs.

Assist in data migration and testing as part of the ongoing Sage Intacct implementation and provide user input to improve system functionality.

Reconcile monthly accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Prepare analyses and reports related to AP metrics and work to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Maintain vendor records and develop strong relationships to ensure clear communication and on-time payments.

Collaborate with auditors by providing documentation and explanations for AP-related items during audits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct, is required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, is a plus).

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
