Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Pay : $18/hr

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a production facility dedicated to crafting custom office furniture for major corporations. You will be part of a versatile team working across departments such as Wood Fabrication, Wood Assembly, Steel Fabrication, and Steel Assembly. Your role will encompass diverse tasks including machine operation, cleaning, heavy lifting, and general production work.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and perform general production tasks.

Engage in wood and steel fabrication and assembly processes.

Utilize hand and power tools for furniture assembly.

Banding and cleaning within the production facility.

Perform heavy lifting tasks up to 50lbs consistently.

Adapt to various duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Experience in wood and steel fabrication and assembly.

Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Work Environment

Work in a large manufacturing facility that is dynamic and fast-paced. The environment can be loud and dusty depending on the department, and you will be surrounded by a team of around 100 temporary workers. All necessary personal protective equipment, except steel-toed shoes, is provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.46 - $18.46/hr.
