Job Title: Project Manager - Data Center ConstructionJob Description
This role requires extensive travel across the county, focusing primarily on new builds and upgrades for data centers. The Project Manager will oversee large-scale projects, ensuring successful completion while meeting or exceeding productivity goals.
Responsibilities
Manage large projects with 15+ electricians or multiple small to medium projects simultaneously.
Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals.
Conduct jobsite safety evaluations.
Develop and integrate project schedules effectively with other trades.
Communicate areas of concern or opportunity to the Project Manager to maintain or improve margin.
Conduct difficult conversations effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
Develop a successor to transition into the Project Manager role.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in data center or industrial manufacturing electrical construction.
Possession of a Journeyman license.
Proficiency in using software such as Procore, P6, Enterprise, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with estimating software.
Demonstrated ability to use internal resources effectively, including Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, and Estimating.
Work Environment
The position involves heavy travel across various locations. The role demands effective use of technology and software to manage projects efficiently. The work environment is dynamic, requiring the ability to adapt to different job sites and collaborate with various trades. A professional dress code is expected during site visits and meetings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135200.00/yr.
