Description

Lead the monthly close process for assigned manufacturing plants. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements. Assist with year-end close and external audit preparation. Review and record inventory transactions including receiving, production disposition, and other activities. Analyze inventory variances and collaborate with plant teams to identify trends and resolve discrepancies. Process weekly payroll using a third-party provider (Paychex) for assigned locations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll policies and procedures. Receive and review vendor invoices, perform three-way match, and obtain necessary approvals. Enter approved invoices into the ERP system (IQMS) and execute weekly check runs. Support cash application, customer pricing updates, and account reconciliations. Participate in other accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
