Description

As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office functions, ensuring organizational efficiency, and assisting staff with administrative tasks. This position requires excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access and accuracy.

Office Operations:

Assist in managing office supplies, ordering inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.

Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and other operational needs.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

Reception Support:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate team members.

Team Collaboration:

Support team members and management with ad hoc tasks or projects to meet office goals.

Facilitate communication within the team and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

Other Duties as Assigned:

Carry out additional miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as required to meet office objectives.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

Prior experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
