PMA-261 requires front desk administrative support to assist with day-to-day office operations. The Junior Front Desk Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, support general office management functions, and provide clerical and administrative assistance to government and contractor staff within the program office.

Duties:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper check-in procedures and visitor control in accordance with security requirements.

Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide general information as needed.

Maintain front desk coverage, ensuring professional representation of PMA-261 at all times.

Support scheduling activities, including conference room reservations, calendar coordination, and meeting setup.

Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management (electronic and hard copy).

Support office supply management, inventory tracking, and ordering.

Provide clerical assistance for travel coordination, correspondence, and distribution of program materials.

Assist in coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support office operations.

Required Experience:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred).

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $39,624.00 to $59,446.40 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
