Responsibilities You will provide business advice to the customer and perform all pre-award and post-award functions, using a wide range of contracting methods and @types, to procure complex and/or diversified commodities and/or services. You will review requisition package for adequacy and compliance with administrative, regulatory, and procedural requirements consistent with current market practices and conditions. You will determine appropriate method of procurement (e.g., sealed bidding or negotiation) using a wide range of contracting methods and contract @types. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/10) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
