Essential Job Responsibilities
Your Mission
Command & Coordinate: Lead a multidisciplinary team conducting scheduled and rapid-response due diligence and risk management assessments.
Set the Standard: Establish priorities, enforce quality control, and ensure deliverables exceed mission expectations.
Mentor & Develop: Provide guidance, training, and professional development for team members, building bench strength for future missions.
Shape Operational Strategy: Partner with senior leadership to align team actions with overarching CCMD objectives.
Adapt Under Pressure: Manage shifting priorities in joint and DoD-unique environments with calm, decisive leadership.
Communicate with Impact: Deliver clear, concise briefings and recommendations to high-level stakeholders.
Maintain Readiness: Foster a learning environment by engaging with training, seminars, and industry trends to keep the team at peak capability.
Minimum Qualifications
9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Proven leadership experience managing intelligence, CI/HUMINT, or tradecraft teams
JCITA FOSS graduate (or 3-letter agency equivalent)
JCITA Due Diligence Course (or equivalent)
6+ years direct Due Diligence experience
Deep knowledge of open-source platforms, digital behaviors, and Combatant Command AORs
Background in IC, CCMDs (J2X/3X), CI/HUMINT/SOF operations
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required ; FS Poly preferred

Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams in operational environments
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
