As an Agile Professional II, you'll guide teams and the organization on how to use Agile practices to impact the delivery of client projects, and how to self-organize to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile frameworks. You'll assess the Agile Maturity of the team and organization, and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable, while removing impediments, or guiding the team to remove impediments. You'll facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution and assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and radiate information. Additionally, you will serve as an authority to the Agile Framework and will be implementing new agile teams, while providing recommendations on improving Agile development and best practices. You'll support and educate the Product Owner on refining and maintaining the product backlog, provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style, and guide the team and organization on how to use Agile practices and values.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 3 or more years of related experience
2+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.)
2+ years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment
2+ years of experience in project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence or Redmine
Certification from an industry-recognized certifying organization, specific to roles mentioned above
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Understanding of the project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile principles
Qualifications We Prefer:
One or more Agile certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner-Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience with the CMMI Level 3 process model
Understanding of industry-standard software languages
Experience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated build
Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
