Key Responsibilities
Marketing Measurement Leadership Lead the strategy and execution of cross-channel measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, geo testing, incrementality testing, platform-based attribution) to inform marketing ROI, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
Advanced Analytics for Personalization & Optimization Develop and deploy models for segmentation, CLV, propensity, and recommendations. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement data-driven personalization and targeting strategies.
Experimentation & Testing Frameworks Architect and scale testing strategies, including A/B, geo-based, and quasi-experimental designs using ARIMAX and causal inference methods. Standardize best practices across the enterprise.
Pricing & Promotion Analytics Drive analytics to support pricing and promotional decisions, including elasticity modeling, dynamic pricing, and personalized offer testing using dual uplift methodologies.
Data Integration & Platform Strategy Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to scale analytics using modern stacks (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, CDPs). Leverage BI platforms and marketing tools (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, AB Tasty, Optimizely).
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, loyalty, and digital teams. Translate complex analytics into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions across the business.
Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to integrate data science into key marketing workflows and customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, engineering, computer science, data or information science, or related quantitative analytic field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 8 years of experience executing and deploying data science, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise setting (fewer years may be accepted with a master's or doctorate degree)
8 years of programming experience (fewer years may be accepted with a master's or doctorate degree)
5 years of SQL experience and knowledge of various statistical modeling or machine learning techniques
Preferred Skills/Experience

Proven expertise in statistical modeling, econometrics, experimental design, and causal inference
Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Spark, and Scala
Deep technical fluency with cloud and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
Demonstrated success in deploying measurement frameworks across MMM, MTA, geo testing, and incrementality testing
Strong experience in segmentation, personalization, CLV modeling, and price/promo analytics
Adept in marketing tools such as Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, and testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty)
Skilled communicator capable of translating technical insights into business strategy and influencing senior leaders
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed enterprise environments
Doctorate Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, engineering, computer science, data or information science, or related quantitative analytic field - 5 years of experience performing predictive analytics at a large-scale enterprise
5 years of experience using multiple data systems and sources
