You care deeply about your impact on communities and the world around you.Your Role: Operations Specialist IAs an Operations Specialist I, you'll take ownership of creating, maintaining, and publishing essential insurance documentation within our intranet-based repository. You'll ensure timely and accurate distribution of business processes, forms, and rating information, while crafting clear and effective internal regulatory communications.What You'll Do Manage and maintain Everest's centralized repository for insurance forms, rate plans, processes, training materials, and communications. Index and tag documentation using best practices to ensure easy access and organization. Analyze document metadata to spot discrepancies and collaborate with Operations and Underwriting teams to resolve them. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the repository, partnering with Business Architecture, Product, IT, and Operations to support system enhancements. Review regulatory circulars and bulletins from rating bureaus, state insurance departments, and other agencies. Develop internal communications to announce regulatory rate, rule, and form changes. Create operational communications for system updates, outages, and process changes. Follow Everest's brand standards and communication templates to maintain consistency and clarity.What You Bring 3+ years of experience in business analysis within insurance operations. Strong understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance products and systems. Proven ability to develop regulatory communications. Familiarity with rate, rule, and form filings. Knowledge of ISO (Insurance Services Office) and NCCI.Your Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. A sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to balance short- and long-term goals.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).What if I don't meet every requirement?
