We value the unique experiences and perspectives that each person brings to The Trade Desk, and we are committed to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day.So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What we do:The Data Partnerships team is a high-impact team that focuses on driving one of TTD's strategic initiatives - Ecosystem partnerships.This team manages partnerships with some of the most dynamic data and technology providers and is responsible for overseeing the approval, integration, and implementation processes.Our responsibilities are focused on driving both executional and operational excellence through establishing internal processes and external partner relationship management .The ideal candidate must enjoy an entrepreneurial and rapidly shifting environment.We are looking for someone who thrives on having a significant impact and supporting highly visible and strategic capabilities through partnerships and innovation.What you'll do:- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new ecosystem partnerships, from inquiry to approval and paperwork execution- Build a system to manage the pipeline of new vendor inquiries, synthesizing information about vendors and their use cases that can be used by internal teams.- Partner closely with technical account management to maintain a centralized directory of ecosystem vendors- Establish clear processes for vetting new partnerships and rolling out updates to existing vendors- Lead the execution of third-party vendor approvals that power our extensibility ecosystem, ensuring they are aligned with our long-term platform strategy and compliance standards- Serve as the primary point of contact for most vendors in the ecosystem, working with leadership to stay on top of new vendor developments- Interface with client teams to understand client demands and vendor data applicationsWho you are:- Approximately 1-2 years of experience creating and building differentiated relationships with clients and/or partners - Excellent judgement & acute sense of self-awareness - Highly organized, effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable navigating complex technical processes and a broad range of client needs and requirements - Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings - Ability to build excellent rapport with cross-functional teams (i.e. Client Services, Legal, Technical Account Management, Finance, Product, Strategy, Business Development) - Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities - Has a growth-oriented mindset- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an operational mindset - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Strong verbal and written communications skills - New-York based*The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
