Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in rotational training across various departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to understand diverse business functions.
Engage actively in strategic project planning and execution, working closely with senior leadership to achieve business targets.
Conduct analyses on market trends and business performance to inform management decisions.
Facilitate and lead cross-departmental teams to ensure project milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape to contribute to the company's strategic positioning.
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to uphold the company’s reputation and business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for upper management depicting project outcomes and future strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures throughout operational processes.
Embrace leadership roles in special project assignments that contribute to personal growth and business success.
