DDC Services is excited to announce a new opening for a Customer Service Representative in our dynamic team. The position available is a Full-Time opportunity, based out of our headquarters. This job is not a remote position, and it requires the representative to engage directly with our clients and customers in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Representative at DDC Services, you will be the front line of our company, ensuring that our customers' needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The role demands high commitment and enthusiasm towards providing outstanding support and developing strong relationships with customers. Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer inquiries face-to-face interactions.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
Data entry in various platforms.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Create and maintain first-class customer service practices.
Communicate customer feedback to the management team to enhance the overall customer experience
Learn how to write and manage product orders efficiently.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must own a vehicle, as the job may require some local travel.
Flexibility with work hours; ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
Commitment to ongoing education and learning more about products to improve job performance.
Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
