Location: Monroe, NC

Position Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available

Schedule: Flexible shifts – evenings, weekends, and holidays available

What You’ll Do as a Cleaning Technician:

Perform high-quality cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms/kitchens, and more
✨ Handle deep cleaning duties like blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans on rotation
Communicate directly with clients to ensure 5-star satisfaction
Work solo or on a team to complete jobs efficiently and on time
⚠️ Follow all safety procedures and handle cleaning supplies responsibly
Represent our brand with a clean uniform, a positive attitude, and a professional presence

✅ What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cleaning experience? Great! But not required — we’ll train you
Eye for detail, great time management, and reliable work ethic
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active on your feet
Solid communication skills and a team-player mindset
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts when needed
