Job Description:

Position Overview: The Pest Group is seeking experienced and reliable Fume Crew Technicians to join our team in our Fremont Branch. As a member of our Fumigation Crew, you will be responsible for performing pest fumigation services at client locations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients by effectively eliminating pests and ensuring their properties remain pest-free.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of client premises to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate fumigation methods.
Safely and effectively apply fumigants in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
Utilize specialized equipment and tools to administer fumigation treatments.
Communicate with clients to explain the fumigation process, address their concerns, and provide recommendations for pest prevention.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the fumigation services.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, colleagues, clients, and the environment.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to pest control and fumigation practices.
Maintain accurate records of fumigation services provided, including details of treatments administered and chemicals used.
Prepare and submit comprehensive service reports to clients and the company.
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including pest control technicians and customer service representatives, to deliver seamless services to clients.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Experience:

Fumigation Branch 1 licensee with CDL and Hazmat endorsement is highly desirable.
Previous experience in fumigation services is a plus, but not required.
Strong understanding of pest behavior, fumigation techniques, and chemical application methods.
Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
