About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager with proven expertise in business application management and support, specifically within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) product and application environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery and support of SCM systems.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants supporting the Supply Chain Management application portfolio
Ensure successful planning, designing, testing, and deployment of SCM business application initiatives with moderate to high complexity and visibility
Oversee the health, performance, and lifecycle of SCM applications including procurement, supplier onboarding, contract management, and risk assessment tools
Engage functional leaders across Supply Chain, Technology, and Risk to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing SCM application changes and develop mitigation strategies and plans
Recommend opportunities for process improvement across the SCM application landscape
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of cross-functional groups to meet moderate to high complexity deliverables
Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the SCM business
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for SCM Business Execution
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Agile methodology and delivery team management
Experience in Business Application Management and Support across multiple applications and subject areas
Experience supporting Supply Chain Management applications and product environments
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
Ability to structure and scope complex problems and develop plans to solve
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organization
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requests
Ability to lead projects from inception to execution
Knowledgeable and/or experienced in the operations of an investment bank with the ability to deliver ideas and drive operational performance
Experienced in change management
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
Ability to travel to core market sites with team members
