Job Type: Procurement Specialist

Hybrid (2 days onsite) in Somerset, NJ

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a procurement specialist to support a clean-up project after expanding their international reach. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of procurement experience & prior working knowledge of SAP Ariba.

What you'll be responsible for:

Support operational indirect procurement needs across assigned business areas.

Collaborate with indirect buyers to understand specifications and timelines, and communicate expectations to suppliers.

Process and code purchasing card requests in line with company policies.

Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.

Track purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring goods receipt is completed.

Resolve invoice exceptions and perform reconciliation.

Prepare purchase orders and blanket purchase orders (BPOs) for contracts and one-time purchases.

Communicate with suppliers to meet delivery requirements and resolve sourcing or delivery issues.

Coordinate with Accounts Payable to address blocked invoices and discrepancies.

Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

1+ years of procurement experience.

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is required.

Strong customer service and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
