Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email by responding to inquiries related to prescription benefits in a friendly and professional manner.

Utilize healthcare information systems to research and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Accurately identify customer needs, address concerns, and offer effective solutions in a timely manner.

Foster positive customer relationships by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and delivering personalized support.

Consistently meet or exceed performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $19.33/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
