Operation Supervisor

Location: Fremont, NE

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually

A well-established manufacturing facility in Fremont, NE is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 30 employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with others to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of production staff.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve issues.

Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing setting.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.

Comfortable with flexible start and end times based on production needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

BCBS medicalVision, dental,PTO is 100 hrs. prorated pending when they startFidelity 401k, matched 3%
