Accounting/Finance Admin II

Location: Savannah, GA- 31408

Pay Rate: $23.51/hr.

Shifts Available: 1st shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and transactional tasks for Accounting and Finance.

Communicate with various departments on matters related to assigned tasks.

Validate documents and reports supporting assigned areas.

Serve as initial point of contact to resolve issues related to assigned tasks.

Provide input on process improvements to enhance quality, accuracy, and/or reduce cost.

Support month-end closing activities, including audits and special requests.

Provide administrative support through meeting management, travel coordination, and correspondence.

Must-Haves:

High School Diploma or GED required.

4 years' experience in accounting or other related financial experience.

An Associate's in Accounting/Finance may substitute for 1 year of related experience.

A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance may substitute for 2 years of related experience

Proficiency in personal computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and other relevant software.

A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates, including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
