Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Staff Accountant to analyze program and financial information, maintain complete and accurate records, assist with routine accounting duties, and provide prompt, courteous responses to inquiries or issues from clients, vendors, and other business partners. Provides efficient, reliable support to the finance/accounting team, other departments, and external parties. Team player who exhibits a positive attitude, and effectively coordinates, collaborates, and communicates with colleagues and partners.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years' experience in a similar role

Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation

Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong math and research skills

Strong computer skills with Microsoft programs, particularly Excel

Organized and detail oriented

Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data Experience with Deltek Costpoint

Experience and knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures in support of the government contracting services industry null
