We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Riviera Beach, Florida. This role involves managing invoice processing, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders and convert them into invoices using QuickBooks Online.

Perform three-way matching by comparing purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

Verify and validate invoices related to inventory and distribution operations.

Code and record accounts payable transactions accurately in the accounting system.

Prepare and execute payment runs, including ACH transfers and check disbursements.

Maintain organized records of invoices and payments for auditing purposes.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all financial transactions.

Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts payable records.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with automated systems.

Strong understanding of purchase orders, inventory, and distribution processes.

Ability to perform three-way matching and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Skilled in coding invoices and managing account coding processes.

Experience with ACH payments and check runs.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication abilities to interact with vendors and internal teams.
