While reporting to the Manager- Quality Market as the Quality Manager- Plant you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant's quality testing and reporting system within the Tiffin, OH plant. What you'll be doing: Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system. Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes. Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced. Ensure quality records are maintained. Provide direction to the QC's in attaining and maintain plant quality. This position is located in Tiffin, OH. We'd love to hear from you if: You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years' experience as a Quality Manager Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from: Quality Manager - Plant: $84,640 to $95,220, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary. Quality ManagerII - Plant: $99,400 to $111,870, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary. Quality Manager III - Plant: $110,160 to $123,930, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
