A valued client of Express is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, and the ability to jump in! This position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a hybrid work environment. Looking for a bookkeeper with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks, records, and deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills to work with the team, staff, vendors, and others. This position needs someone adaptable to changing financial needs and growth within the company, and who demonstrates flexibility in handling new challenges and responsibilities.

Pay: $30-40/hour DOE Shift: Full Time Location: Bellingham, WA Responsibilities & Requirements include: Posting daily transactions and maintaining records of financial transactions Reconcile accounts and keep all accounts balanced and accurate Bank account and credit card reconciliations Perform all monthly close procedures and prepare monthly financial statements Analyze accounts for discrepancies and accuracy Assist in the preparation of reports Ensure legal requirements of compliance Work with the CPA to do year-end taxes and depreciation expenses Work with amortization schedules Work with notes payables Work with IRS

A/P, Purchasing & A/R duties: o Process accounts payable invoices and payments o Process purchasing requests from team and staff. o Establish relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. o Reconcile and track accounts receivable o Prepare all bank deposits and retain detailed information Qualifications include: 3 years' experience Bookkeeping Sage 100 Contractor experience preferred Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and knowledge of all GL Accounts Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & the rest of the Office products Dropbox experience This Company Offers: Stipend for Medical insurance PTO Holiday Pay Flexibility with hours, potentially Hybrid
