Position Purpose: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned Medical Director's Office (MDO) for account management activities.

Maintain and expand strong relationships with MDO and serve as the point of contact for account management activities

Assess and maintain client satisfaction by implementing action plans to maintain high levels of quality service, as directed by manager

Collaborate with various departments to identify, investigate, and mitigate resolutions to MDO inquiries

Support sales with market analysis, competitor analysis and other business development activities using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business, as needed

Assist with sales meetings with prospective MDOs utilizing prescriber data for new business opportunities

Coordinate identified training opportunities for the sales and operations department

Preferred

3+ years of specialty pharmacy, insurance verification or account management experience.

Advanced customer service skills preferred.

Strongly Preferred

Bilingual - Spanish, Russian, Mandarin a plus.

Education/Experience: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of medical billing, insurance verification or account management experience. Advanced customer service skills preferred.Pay Range: $22.79 - $38.84 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
