Our Client Service Administrators (Maintenance Planners) are integral members of our service team and an important foundation to our customers' service maintenance planning. While this position can be based near any branch location, it is a hybrid work arrangement that requires two days a week in the office. As a Client Service Administrator, you will:?? Review booking packages and plan customers' service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive services Develop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processes Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Read and understand customer service contracts You will make an impact with these qualifications: ? Basic Qualifications:? High school diploma or state-recognized GED Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree Ready to create your own journey??Join us today. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
