This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Primary responsibilities include handling accounting firm compliance issues, suchas firm licensing, compliance with state board reporting obligations andmanagement of state registrations for all corporate entities. Assist attorneys in litigation processes, including subpoena responses. Assist with review of NDAs, RFPs and marketing contracts.YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required. 4-7 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in a consulting or professionalservices setting. Accounting firm experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech savvy with the ability to embrace necessary software applications. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Agiloft document management system a plus. Highly organized and self-motivated. Superior organizational skills with strongattention to details and deadlines. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
