A leading Chicago-based law firm is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support its attorneys and operations team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring the firm\'s daily operations are seamless-managing schedules, coordinating travel, maintaining records, planning events, and liaising with vendors. No two days will be the same, and you\'ll have the opportunity to work closely with accomplished attorneys while developing your own career in a professional services setting.

What You\'ll Do:

Manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and

CLE tracking

Coordinate meetings, events, and client engagements

Oversee conference room scheduling, setup, and supplies

Manage the office and serve as the point of contact for vendors and

building management

Assist with client intake and engagement letters

What We\'re Looking For:

Bachelor\'s degree preferred

Prior administrative or executive assistant experience (law firm

experience a plus)

Impeccable judgment, discretion, and professionalism

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple

priorities

Tech-savvy-Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required

Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and excellent communication

skills
