Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for one of our aviation clients. This role will be supporting the build of multiple aircraft training and simulation devices for a large DoD program.

Your day will involve translating customer requirements into technical solutions, developing architectural plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. You'll participate in technical reviews, conduct on-site testing, and contribute to proposal development. Documentation and compliance with contract deliverables are key, along with mentoring junior engineers.

The average salary is between 76-105k for this role. Salary varies based on experience. Qualified candidates must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management

Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline

5 to 7 years of experience working with systems engineering

Military aircraft experience working with mechanical engineering and systems OR Training Device/Simulation background with a company in support of DoD customer

Mentorship/leadership experience null
