VOLT is partnering with the world\'s leading manufacturer of specialty
transport carriers-with machines operating worldwide in the metals/
material handling industry. This position gives you the opportunity to
work with our customers and our machinery.
Volt is immediately hiring for a Field Support Rep in Brimfield,
Illinois.
Direct Hire
As a Field Support Rep you will:
Provide onsite supervision to successfully commission new equipment
Perform onsite operator and maintenance training
Develop customized maintenance programs as required for new
equipment
Provide technical support to customers at all stages of equipment
life cycle
Maintain field assessments for continuous improvement
Assist customers with technical inquiries via phone, email, and
onsite visits
Coordinate with product support and engineering teams to implement
product improvements
Conduct periodic customer check-ins to assess equipment health
Develop training per vehicle per work location
This is a Full time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
2 or 4 year technical education in heavy equipment
Minimum 2-3 years\' work experience in heavy mobile equipment
service and repair
Understanding of hydraulic and electrical control systems
Salary: \$70,000 - 80,000/year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
