Office Clerk - Attendance Temp Project

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support recruitment initiatives in the education sector. This is a contract position based in Inglewood, California, designed to last approximately two weeks. The role involves administrative tasks such as data entry, record audits, and direct communication with families to address attendance matters.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update attendance records.

Conduct audits of attendance documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Reach out to families and parents by phone to discuss attendance matters using a provided script.

Document interactions and outcomes from calls in the designated system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure all records are up to date and compliant.

Address inquiries and provide clear information regarding attendance policies.

Follow organizational protocols and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in phone-based interactions.

Ability to follow scripts and organizational guidelines during outreach efforts.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management systems.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
