Your expertise will shine through in every customer interaction, adding value and trust to each experience. What You'll Do: . Deliver an extraordinary experience with every interaction - whether in person or over the phone. . Build and nurture long-term relationships by consistently providing exceptional value and professionalism. . Master a proven, structured approach to uncover customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions. . Open new accounts and guide customers through a Customer Value Process. . Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions using a cash recycler. . Uphold our Culture Standards - greet customers by name, maintain eye contact, and go the extra mile to assist with questions and concerns. . Safeguard customer privacy and educate clients on how to protect their financial information.
