Account Receivable Analyst II

As our Account Receivable Analyst II, you will report to the Account Receivable Manager to assist in all invoicing and collection initiatives for R1.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain accounts receivable customer files, including set-up of new customers. to ensure client invoicing requirements are met.

Responsible for issuance of customer invoices.

Assist with the monthly and yearly close process, including audit requests.

Respond to inquiries from customers and internal partners.

Perform exhaustive controls on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure that all invoices are processed correctly and align with the proper supporting documentation.

Cross-train on other AR functions to assist with cash posting and collections, as needed.

Required Skills

Oracle is required.

Recvue is highly preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High integrity and self-starter.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,926.00 - $70,631.44 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
