Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you'll directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you'll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients and employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.

Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Coordinator with strong marketing and communications skills who can autonomously support our holistic Entrepreneurship efforts.
Your key responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting content development, creative asset creation, and writing, all aimed at enhancing our brand presence and supporting our strategic goals. You will also contribute to the Strategic Growth Forum, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and assets that resonate with our target audience.
Skills and attributes for success
Content development:
Support marketing managers and leader in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, including ey.com, social media, newsletters and marketing collateral.
Conduct research to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with current trends in entrepreneurship and business growth. Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and entrepreneurship messaging.
Creative asset creation:
Assist in the conceptualization and development of first-in-class marketing materials, including videos, presentations, and paid and social media assets.
Collaborate closely with Creative Services team on the design and production of materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality in all assets.
Strategic Growth Forum:
Assist in various elements of the planning and execution of the Strategic Growth Forum, including content development, asset creation, and logistical support.
Support development of external communications including save the dates, invites, reminders and comms to registered attendees.
Collaborate across teams to assist in the development of video assets for use in Forum promotion and post Forum highlights.
Alumni activation
Support marketing manager in activation plan to foster meaningful interactions among alumni of EY's three entrepreneurial programs: Entrepreneur Of The Year, Entrepreneurial Winning Women and Entrepreneurs Access Network.
Performance tracking and reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement metrics.
Team collaboration:
Work closely with the Entrepreneurship Marketing Team and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing and communication roles, with a track record of executing campaigns and content strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
Familiarity with modern digital marketing platforms and tools, including emerging applications of AI for content creation and campaign optimization.
Exposure to marketing automation systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently across teams and functions.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
