Description

Data entry, writing up PO's/jobs that will instruct the shop guys on what to do (i.e. how to heat treat, what temperature, what alloys, etc..) Using computer 90% of the day in an office. Using Visual-Shop software, very user-friendly. Some Microsoft office use Ability to read, write well, comprehension, phone/customer service skills, occasionally dealing with confrontational customers Helping answer the phones, not very often. Phone rings 30 times/day max and there's 2 other people who can answer it. Must be open to getting dirty, will occasionally help on the floor with painting and other tasks (might get a big order of 1000 parts that need painted and it'll be all hands on deck) jump on a forklift, etc..

--Personality is the most important, "happy-go-lucky," personable, don't want someone argumentative --Open on experience, just need to be comfortable using computers. Current gal is 23yo, was doing shipping/receiving job prior, got a college degree --Independent, someone who tries to figure a problem out themselves before asking for help, exhaust all your resources then ask for help --Experience using Excel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
