Pick and Pack Worker

Location: Mansfield, MA

Shift & Pay:

Rotating 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - $17.75/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Workers to join our team. This is a pipeline position for posting and documentation purposes. The role involves accurately fulfilling orders, ensuring proper packaging and labeling, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick products according to order specifications.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment.

Ensure all packages are labeled correctly for delivery.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Promptly report any order discrepancies or equipment issues to a supervisor.

Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience a plus.

Ability to lift, carry, and move packages of varying weights.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.

Willingness to work rotating shifts as scheduled.
