Insight Global's client is one of the largest law firms in the area with over 60 attorneys in various office locations. Their record of success is built by considerable settlements in civil cases and acquittals in criminal cases, but they work in other areas including personal injury, workers compensation, family/divorce law, litigation, real estate law, and more. IG's client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full-time Legal Assistant to join our Estate Planning practice group in the Manchester, NH office. The ideal candidate is a professional with a desire to further their career in the legal field and must demonstrate the ability to work as a member in a fast-paced team environment, in addition to working independently. They should be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances and juggle multiple tasks at once.

D2D:

· Contacting potential new clients

· Scheduling appointments and meetings for Attorneys, as needed, and otherwise manage Attorney calendars

· Conducting conflict checks

· Assisting with opening and closing of files

· Assisting with managing case database and status tracker

· Assisting with finalizing original Estate Planning binders for clients

· Drafting correspondence to clients, interested parties, and the Court

· Preparing files for Attorney meetings

· Assisting with client invoices and billing

· Managing prior client requests for estate planning documents or files

· Receiving, scanning, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

· Minimum of 1-3 years experience in trusts and estates, or related fields is preferred

· Strong communication skills via phone and email with potential new clients and existing clients

· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, scanning and maintaining electronic files is a plus

· Attention to detail and proofreading skills

· Must have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and prioritize null
