Local Non-Profit organization seeking Executive Director. Part-Time 20 flexible hours per week. Some duties could be completed remotely. Must be able to pass reference check, drug screening, and background check. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. $1120.00 per month plus 2 weeks paid vacation. Executive Director will partner closely with board of directors in achieving key board goals and provide direction and leadership in advancing the organization. Must be a strong advocate of youth development programs and strive to bring the best practices to all aspects of the affiliate's work, performing duties in an ethical manner. Will work toward increasing public awareness and support to ensure that the affiliate grows to the next level of it's development. Responsibilities: Fundraising - secure all programs, review, and monitor fundraising plans. Board Development - serves as ex-officio, provides recruitment support, and prepares meeting materials. General Management - Prepares documents for the organization, executes legal documents, recommends, and implements polices. Human Resources - Assist in recruitment and termination of employees including volunteers, Maintains and develops job descriptions, monitors and motivates staff. Finance - Review and maintain effective internal financial control system, works with board to prepare a budget, maintains and monitors sufficient operation funds. Programs & Services - Provides leadership in assessing and evaluating youth development needs, monitor and develop youth programs, promote and support volunteers. Marketing & Communications - Serves as official spokesperson of the organization and programs, reports to board all important factors, promotes organization awareness, establishes relationships and collaborative arrangement with government agencies and other community groups/organizations. Personal Qualities & Skills - Highly ethical and strong sense of integrity, self-motivated and well organized, excellent communication skills, effectively handles high stress situations, written and oral presentation communication skills, computer literate, and proven to work effectively with volunteers/board/committees.
