Starting salary: Up to $50,000 annually

Robert Half is partnering with one of their clients on their search for a full-time administrative assistant. This position is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office, managing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper handling of inquiries.

Record and document sales lead information in sales tracker for leadership review.

Coordinate schedules, arrange appointments, organize meetings, and prepare meeting materials.

Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports with timely and accurate maintenance of electronic and physical filing systems.

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

Monitor office supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

Greet visitors, provide assistance, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expenses, and receipts.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Assist project managers with administrative task as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience

2+ years of invoice processing experience
