Job Title: Maintenance Administrator

? Location: Sandston, VA

? Pay: $23-$30/hour (based on experience)

? Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM- up to 40 hrs/week; part-time considered

Job Summary:

Bunge is seeking a reliable Maintenance Administrator to support the Maintenance Manager with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include organizing paperwork, scheduling vendors, filing, and maintaining communication across the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and file maintenance documents

Contact and schedule vendors

Support the Maintenance Manager with daily administrative tasks

Keep the team updated on work orders and schedules

Requirements:

Administrative experience

Comfortable using phones and computers

Strong organizational and communication skills

High school diploma preferred, not required
