Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Precision Welding Solutions Division supporting senior level leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support for senior leaders in the organization.

Coordinate and set up company activities, events and parties.

Manage and arrange meetings and events, including logistics for catering and room setup.

Coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team, both domestically and internationally.

Maintain office supply inventory and manage orders as needed.

Perform general office duties, including mail distribution and greeting customers/vendors.

What's Needed?

Availability to work between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence.

Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Canva experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
