The Sr Manager, US Business Unit Operations will be a critical leader within Deliver to ensure the E2E integration of the organization with Regional Business Unit and Commercial leaders. This leader will also play a critical role in partnering within the Deliver functions (Regional Deliver Operations, Regional Deliver Excellence and Global Deliver) to drive strategy execution and on target performance. The leader will develop and implement all NPIs, Go to Market Strategies and projects for the Orthopedics business unit.
Key Role Responsibilities
Overall leadership and integration of US Deliver into the business unit operating model, including all aspects of Go to Market strategy, execution, capability building, internal collaborator communication and leading collaboration efforts across Deliver functions. The Deliver point of contact for key regional business unit processes, including IBM, Go to Market strategies, New Product Introductions, and other cross functional regional forums.
Owner of the US Deliver business unit E2E business priorities. The Leader will represent US Deliver within the region and ensure that global, regional and local priorities are aligned, participating in regional and global forums as needed, including IBM.
Responsible for the advancement of enhanced data insights to facilitate agile, informed decision making and applying data to improve overall business outcomes. Ownership of the IBM/DS&OP process, governance and output.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on time delivery of project breakthroughs, within budget, and according to the defined scope. Management of resources, coordinating teams, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with collaborators to achieve project goals.
Maintain a highly effective team via ownership of the Business Unit Operation team's working dynamics, fostering a positive culture that improves productivity and engagement, by identifying areas for improvement in communication, collaboration, and processes, while aligning team behaviors with the organization's values and goals.
Qualifications
Required Skills
Requires 8 Years Work Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations with demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration, collaborator management and influence at varying levels of the organization.
A minimum of 2 years experience in direct people leadership
In-depth of knowledge of E2E Supply Chain processes and commercial go to market strategies
Experience handling against performance targets and strict timeline deliverables
Track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
Ability to promote a vision and inspire change to transform teams (direct and matrixed), via strong engagement/communication
Able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
Experience and success in managing projects & delivering business results
Demonstrated discernment and customer centric attitude

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000.00 to $182,700.00
