POSITION SUMMARY: DuBois Chemicals is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to provide planning and implementation of marketing activities. Responsible for understanding the full marketing mix and being familiar with ways to analyze data and customer behavior. Accountable to create newsletters and analyze quantitative data to interpret Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics. Supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, often involving market research, content creation, social media management, and campaign tracking for Business-to-Business activities. Their combined knowledge and application expertise contribute to the performance and value our customers have come to expect. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in developing marketing materials, including social media content, website copy, promotional literature, and email campaigns.

Optimize and manage social media presence including content scheduling, engagement, and reporting.

Assist with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns, including event planning and promotional activities.

Collect and analyze data on campaign performance, website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas of improvement.

Create and distribute regular internal and external communications.

Effectively interact with internal clients and stakeholders to provide updates on marketing activities and address any concerns.

Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry to support the marketing department.

Generate reports on marketing metrics, campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team.

Coordinate with the marketing team the setup, launch, and monitoring campaigns.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or relevant field.

1+ years' experience in marketing role.

Demonstrated ability working with Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communications (oral, written) and presentation skills.

Proven knowledge of marketing digital tools, social media platforms, email marketing platforms and techniques.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Demonstrated experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.

Ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, develop engaging content and find innovative solutions to marketing challenges.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
